Introduction

ZeroWheel Fitness is our free app that you can use to more finely control your ZeroWheel device, track your progress, and maintain your fitness routine.

Safety

Setup

After downloading ZeroWheel Fitness from the Apple Store or Google Play, make sure you are connected to the internet, and follow the instructions below to get started:

Creating an account

  1. Once you've opened the app, click on Create an Account on the bottom of the screen.
  2. Enter your email, and then choose a password that meets the criteria presented on the screen.
  3. Once the account is created, you will have the option to submit some health and fitness metrics. This data is only used inside ZeroWheel Fitness for fine tuning motor modes, and as initial data points for progress tracking.

Connecting to your ZeroWheel

  1. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and that your smartphone's Bluetooth setting is turned on.
  2. Power on your ZeroWheel device.
  3. With ZeroWheel Fitness opened, an alert will pop-up asking if you would like to connect to a nearby ZeroWheel.
  4. Tap Connect, and touch your smartphone on the tread of your ZeroWheel device.
  5. After your ZeroWheel has made a connection, click Confirm to approve the connection.

If you are connected to the internet, your smartphone's Bluetooth setting is turned on, your ZeroWheel is powered on, but you do not receive an automatic connection alert, follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking the Settings button on the top right of the screen.
  2. Tap Devices
  3. Tap Add a Device
  4. Double check that:
    • you are connected to the internet,
    • your smartphone's Bluetooth setting is turned on,
    • and your ZeroWheel is powered on.
  5. Touch your smartphone on the tread of your ZeroWheel device.
  6. After your ZeroWheel has made a connection, click Confirm to approve the connection.

Exercise

  1. If you would like ZeroWheel Fitness to track your exercise performance, you must initiate the exercise through the app.
  2. Navigate to the Exercise tab. Tap on a muscle group category to expand its menu.
  3. Tapping on an exercise will bring you to a page with a tutorial video and exercise notes.
  4. If you would like to start an exercise immediately, tap the Start button on the bottom-right of your screen.
    • If you would like to plan your exercise (choosing your modes, reps, and sets) ahead of time, tap the Details button. Once configured, tap the Start button.
  5. After clicking the start button, you will see the Exercise Interface page. On this page, you can change your mode and intensity level on-the-fly. You can also see live stats while you exercise.
  6. To end an exercise, click the Stop button

Analysis

  1. If you would like to analyze your exercises with ZeroWheel Fitness, you must initiate the exercise through the app.
  2. After finishing a workout, you can check your performance summary on the Analysis screen in the Dashboard tab.

Trends

ZeroWheel Fitness comes preloaded with trends for you to check your progress over time. In future updates, we will be releasing more metrics for you to track!

Goals

ZeroWheel Fitness comes preloaded with goals for you achieve daily. In future updates, we will be releasing a custom goal creator, so you can personalize your goals to fit into your larger fitness plan!

Usage

If you would like permanently delete your account and all data associated with your account please do so through the ZeroWheel Fitness app. Once inside the app, please navigate Settings > Account > Delete Account. To reach the Settings menu, tap the profile icon on the top-right of your screen.
